my lobes used to be stretched to 2 1/2” and were conconstructed back to their original shape 6 months ago. I also have 0ga inner conches and 8ga traguses although I don’t wear jewelry in my traguses very often.

I’d recommend at least doing one side at a time so you can sleep and be comfortable on the other while it heals!
